Откроешь такую баночку зимой, добавишь лук и майонез – вот и готов салат из свежих помидоров.
Ингредиенты.
На 1 л воды:
1 ст. л. соли;
3 ст.л. песка;
помидоры.
Способ приготовления.
Помидоры вымыть и дать воде стечь. Нарезать помидоры средними кусочками.
Уложить в стерилизованные банки. Залить рассолом. Поставить стерилизовать 15 минут.
Закатать.
